|Apple crisp- pre oven|
Five apples, peeled, cored, diced
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. chilled butter, cut into pieces
1/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients for the filling together. Place into sprayed 9'' cake pan.
Mix flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in large bowl. Blend butter into the mix to form pea size lumps. Stir in pecans and sprinkle over filling.
Bake for about 40-50 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
