|Rosemary Sage Burger with Apple Slaw and Chive "Mayo"|
Rosemary Sage Burgers
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 Tbsp. rosemary
1/2 Tbsp. sage
1/4 tsp. salt
4 Hamburger buns
1/2 cup nonfat greek yogurt
1 Tbsp. chives
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 apple, grated
1 tsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
Combine all ingredients of burgers, except the buns, and mix well.
Form ground beef mixture into four patties.
Heat grill pan over medium heat with olive oil.
Place patties onto grill pan. Cook about five minutes. Flip. Cook another 4 minutes, or until desired doneness.
Meanwhile, combine all ingredients for chive mayo, set aside.
Combine all ingredients for apple slaw, set aside.
When burgers are done, top with apple slaw and chive mayo.
